The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Cloud Engineer to join our clients AI Infrastructure team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing and developing their state-of-the-art AI systems, working at the intersection of cloud technologies and high-performance computing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud-ready AI solutions
- Maintain and optimize our private cloud infrastructure hosting AI systems
- Enhance and expand our OpenStack services, supporting internal users with cloud applications
- Deploy and configure advanced AI hardware using Infrastructure-as-Code methodologies
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in our distributed AI computing environments
- Develop and refine configurations for our AI Cloud Reference ArchitectureIdeal Candidate Profile:
- Extensive software engineering experience with a focus on cloud technologies
- Strong Linux administration skills and scripting abilities
- In-depth understanding of cloud services, virtualization, and resource management
- Hands-on experience with OpenStack or similar cloud platforms
- Proficiency in container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems
- Knowledge of high-performance networking and storage systems
- Experience with continuous system management and monitoring tools
