Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to join a high-profile police force on a contract basis. This role offers the opportunity to work on critical public sector projects, utilising Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive effective communication and engagement strategies. This is a fully remote position, offering a competitive daily rate and a chance to make a tangible impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions tailored to organisational needs.
- Develop and manage customer journeys, email campaigns, and marketing automation work flows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand communication requirements and translate them into effective Marketing Cloud solutions.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and security protocols in all marketing activities.
- Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with existing systems and platforms.
- Provide technical support and training to internal teams to optimise the platform's usage.
- Create detailed documentation for workflows, integrations, and campaign designs.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant with expertise in designing and deploying solutions.
- Proficiency in Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder.
- Strong understanding of data segmentation, penalisation, and marketing automation best practices.
- Experience working in secure environments, ideally within the public sector or law enforcement.
- Familiarity with AMPscript, SQL, and HTML/CSS for email template customisation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Justice, Policing or Judiciary Sector Experience
- Clearance Requirements:
- SC Clearance or NPPV3 Clearance is essential for this role.
