As a Bid Manager, you will lead and coordinate the preparation of compelling bids for a diverse range of innovative software solutions. Reporting to the Enterprise Systems Business Development Director, you will collaborate closely with Business Unit Directors and a team of subject matter experts. This role offers a dynamic environment where every day is different, providing variety and the chance to drive growth and make a significant impact. Responsibilities will include:

The role will include ;

Bid Identification

- Identify and manage new business opportunities.- Research customer needs and market trends.- Qualify opportunities to align with my clients goals.- Monitor contract aggregators and procurement portals.- Ensure search terms and CPV codes match my clients offerings.

Capture Management

- Develop and execute capture plans.- Engage with potential customers early.- Track contract aggregators and procurement portals

Bid Strategy

- Lead bid strategy meetings.- Develop winning bid strategies.- Identify key points and create a value/benefits matrix.

Storyboard Development

- Create and manage proposal storyboards.- Integrate key points and win themes.- Facilitate solution workshops.- Ensure key messages are communicated.
