We are seeking a Business Development Associate to join a contractor specialising in Waterproofing and structural strengthening across the Construction industry.

This position is a new role within a EU based company who has recently ventured into the UK market and looking to bring the sales / business development in house. With its core experience and market knowledge succeeding in the EU, this contractor is seeking individuals to assist in growing the UK side to the business.

Your experience has been gained through sales success in the installation of waterproofing products and services onto live construction projects.

The Ideal Person:

  • Proven experience in specification sales within the waterproofing, structural strengthening and structural designs and surveys.

  • You will have key relationships across the industry and supply chain
  • Technically focused with strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to manage an autonomous sales territory.

  • Professional, credible, and a team player with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for securing new business opportunities within the SME markets, and selling the full range of services
  • Pitch and present Networking, to clients and stakeholders across the sector.
  • Create, manage and report on a pipeline of opportunities.
  • Ensure all new and existing prospects are aware of our client’s Network.
  • Pipeline/CRM Management: Ensuring all accounts, contacts, prospects, and deals are accurately updated in the CRM system.

Competitive salary: £60k to £80k (DOE)

Plus Commission and Bonus structure
