We’re on the hunt for a game-changing Business Development Director with passion, drive, vision & ambition. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK’s top independent integrated agencies already working with more than 300 global brands.

Building on the success of a sustained period of growth, this newly created position will establish and lead the business development function, making it your own from the outset. You’ll partner with their marketing and leadership teams to craft a winning outbound business development strategy and make it happen. From curating prospect lists to closing major deals, every step will have your signature. You’ll identify opportunities, build relationships, take their offer to market, and show why partnering with them is a game-changer.

You need to be a relationship builder with razor-sharp commercial instincts, and the ability to charm a CMO one minute and a CEO the next. You’ll thrive on challenge, think strategically, and execute brilliantly. Proven success in business development within an integrated agency is essential. You need a clear understanding of insights, brand strategy, PR, creative, digital marketing, video, UX, CX and IC. With the know how to craft repeatable, scalable approaches to targeting, pitching and closing new business along with a track record of winning six figure deals, this is your chance to lead, grow and truly make your mark.
