Business Development Director:Enterprise Sales (Middle Office, Fund Administration, Asset Managers)

  • A New Business Development Director with a proven track record to join as a senior member of the sales team
  • Working for the head of Enterprise Sales in EMEA, the successful applicant will help and assist with driving and executing a sales plan across multiple business lines.
  • The new Business Development Director will be tasked with identifying and winning complex mandates across all products and services offered.
  • The preferred candidate must have experience in selling middle office and fund administration services with particular experience and existing connectivity with asset managers.
  • The candidate must be capable of building a significant pipeline of new business, working alongside dedicated subject matter experts and support teams. Additionally, the candidate will be required to work with key influencers, including leading consultants across the industry.

Responsibilities:Business Development Director Enterprise Sales (Middle Office, Fund Administration, Asset Managers)

  • Develop a strong pipeline of potential clients with a focus on profitable new revenue generation.
  • Identify and win new business mainly in EMEA (or other assigned region(s) as required).
  • Build a network and pipeline to position the firms service offering
  • Take ownership of the sales process and lead commercial negotiations in line with internally agreed parameters
  • Help build the firms brand and increase brand awareness to generate quality leads
  • Attendance and participation at industry events
  • Develop and manage the intermediary and third-party services provider network
  • Participate in thought leadership initiatives by writing topical articles pertinent to the industry

  • Proven track record generating new revenue in the arena of outsourced services
