Fraser Carver recruitment are working with a leading specialist lender based in central London who are looking to add a number of additional Business Development Executives to the team. These positions are full time office based and support (via phone) BDMs across the UK. We are looking for people with 1-2 years experience working within Bridging finance or complex Buy-To-Let products.

The ideal candidate will have strong product knowledge within a similar environment and the ability to develop new business relationships. We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, a can-do attitude, and a self-starter mentality, who is committed to working hard within a growing team.

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain successful working relationships with introducers by generating new business through outbound calling to our existing database.
  • Conduct initial assessments of bridging applications, identifying potential cases before passing them to an underwriter for full evaluation.
  • Work closely with the underwriting team to ensure excellent service delivery to introducers.
  • Stay updated with current best practices and regulatory requirements through company training.
  • Actively reach out to existing introducers to build strong, lasting relationships and seek new business opportunities.
  • Communicate with introducers, following up on pending documentation to ensure timely processing.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, contributing ideas to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Achieve sales targets, volume, and units as agreed by the Head of Sales, demonstrating the ability to bring in high volumes of business.

Role Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of sales experience in mortgages or bridging loans would be preferable. Experience in the financial business development is essential
  • Strong self-management skills, including drive, initiative, and flexibility, with a willingness to learn
  • Ability to work confidently within a team or independently
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
  • Resilience and self-control in a fast-paced environment
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets
  • Reliable and computer literate

Salary listed on the advert is Base salary, there is bonus potential on top of this.
