Business Development Executive - Full Remote - £35,000 - £45,000 + great commissionWe are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join a global organisation who acquire and grow software companies across the globe.What exactly will I be doing day to day?You'll work closely with our senior leaders and executives, using your creativity to connect with business leaders from potential acquisition targets. Your days will be varied, but you'll be focused on:* Crafting and executing innovative outreach strategies to connect with potential acquisition targets.* Building rapport with software company owners via email, phone, LinkedIn, or even face-to-face atevents.* Demonstrating your understanding of the software industry to engage with C-suite executives andgather insights.* Clearly communicating their acquisition criteria and unique value proposition to prospectivecompanies.* Partnering with our internal Corporate Development Managers to guide companies through the M&Aprocess.* Keeping their Salesforce CRM up to date to maintain a healthy pipeline of future acquisition targets.To us, the perfect person for the role loves connecting with people to share information, learn more about them, build trusted relationships and has the ability to articulate a long term future together. You've got a track record of hitting and exceeding sales or business targets, and you're skilled in crafting personalised emails and making strong impressions over calls and other channels.You'll be collaborating with some of the brightest minds in the industry* Analytical Abilities: You possess strong analytical and research skills to assess company information quickly and accurately. You're adept at understanding prospects' pains and needs and can craft compelling, value proposition-centric engagement.* Communication & Relationship Building: You're a natural communicator, comfortable engaging with executive teams and senior leaders. You can hold prospect or customer meetings to uncover clear business ambitions and plans.* Organizational Skills: Your attention to detail is impeccable, and you maintain excellent CRM hygiene. Managing a pipeline of leads and staying on top of prospecting target quotas is your forte.* Drive & Passion: Your passion, tenacity, and resilience shine through in everything you do. You're driven to succeed and thrive in a high-energy environment.* Technical Proficiency: Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite, are essential.
