I am lucky enough to be working with a dynamic and innovative company specializing in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. Their mission is to help businesses streamline operations, reduce costs, and increase efficiency through cutting-edge automation technology.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Junior Business Development Representative to drive sales activity and appointment setting for the Sales team in strategic partnerships in the fast-evolving field of automation.

In this role, you will identify, engage, and secure new business leads/appointments while working closely with sales team to deliver tailor-made RPA solutions to clients.

Business Development Representative Specification:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social selling techniques.
  • Qualify inbound leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality prospects.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, tracking all sales activities and client interactions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointments set.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role, ideally in the software or technology sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with sales prospecting tools and techniques is a plus.
