As the Business Director, you will partner with the Head of Planning, supporting and shaping the direction of the agency's vision. You will lead from the front and ensure planning excellence is delivered by the planning team.
The Role:
- Responsible for leading cross-media media planning and media strategy for challenger brands.
- Responsible for working with the senior leadership team on agency proposition, product proposition, and agency vision.
- Responsible for growing the Planning team in line with the agency's growth plans.
- Responsible for growing existing client accounts and new business.
The Candidate:
- 7 years plus experience in cross-channel Media Planning.
- Proven background in Brand Awareness Media Planning.
- Experienced in new business.
- Interest in making a huge impact on an independent agency's growth.
