Client Services Director - London (hybrid)
An exciting senior role for a growing award-winning creative agency based in central London.
An experienced and results-driven Client Services Director with a strong focus on new business development and strategy. You will build strong relationships with a diverse range of global brands and drive the commercial success.
You will be a self-motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Strong experience with CRM tools e.g. Hubspot and lead-generation platforms.
You will have a real passion for the events industry and desire to stay updated on the latest trends and technologies.
Role:
- Lead and manage key client relationships strategically and growing relationships.
Identifying and driving growth opportunities.
- Generate new pitch opportunities and lead on all client meetings/pitches
Lead and implement sales strategy to generate new business leads
- Deliver the agencies generation activities
- Research and develop new client relationships
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Attend all industry trade shows, networking evens and other related event industry trends.
- Lead the RFP process on new business pitches, working closely with operations teams
- Support the Account Directors to identify and pursue opportunities for growth with existing accounts.
