A leading brand in the learning sector, part of a global media group known for its innovative and impactful content are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Director to drive growth and expand the reach of their learning and development products.
The Role:
The Commercial Director will play a pivotal role in shaping our client's future by developing and executing strategies to increase corporate sales and forge new international partnerships with their learning and development products. You will be responsible for leading the sales team, identifying new market opportunities, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive corporate sales growth.
- Lead the new business sales operation, focusing on global corporate clients.
- Define and execute the global sales strategy.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers to understand their learning needs.
- Oversee the design and development of learning and marketing solutions.
- Create compelling proposals for prospective corporate customers.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define pricing models.
- Develop an international sales operation through third-party partnerships.
- Work closely with industry experts and other commercial teams.
Success Measures:
- Achievement of financial forecasts and revenue targets.
- Successful identification and acquisition of new business opportunities.
