We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager to join our dynamic team with a leading Tier 1 contractor. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced commercial professional to take the commercial lead responsibility for a major M&E sub-contract package within a high-profile project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the M&E sub-contract package, managing all commercial aspects from procurement through to final account.
- Ensure effective cost management, forecasting, and budget control for the project.
- Lead on contract negotiations, risk management, and dispute resolution.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and subcontractors to drive project success.
- Provide clear and accurate financial reports to senior management.
Ideal Candidate:
- Extensive experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager on major projects.
- Proven track record working on commercial projects, including office developments, shell & core packages, or similar.
- Strong understanding of M&E sub-contracting processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
