About the role of Commercial Manager:
Opportunity for an experienced commercial manager from a main contractor background to procure and manage various trade packages, as well as handle cost management on a Grade I listed heritage project for one of the largest independent consultancies in the country.
Responsibilities for Commercial Manager:
- Working from the PCSA/2 Stage tender process, to delivering the site and working through to completion and final accounts.
- Managing trade packages.
- General commercial cost management.
- Site Meetings.
Requirements for Commercial Manager:
- Minimum 10+ years' experience at a main contractor.
- Degree qualified and needs to be construction based.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
