Commercial Manager required for complex 80m+ residential and commercial project with change and variations in South London.
About the role of Commercial Manager
This is an opportunity to join one of the UKs leading Main contractors who have gone from strength to strength over the past 4 years. You will be working as the no 1 on site on a 80m+ 4 block residential and commercial development that requires part demolition and rebuild. This project has over 20m of change so requires a strong Commercial Manager with experience leading a team on a complex project. This is a full time site based position in South London.
Requirements for Commercial Manager:
The company are looking for a candidate who has strong negotiation and communication skills, is organised and has high attention to detail. Strong commercial acumen with experience managing change and variations. You will come from a Main contractor background, and be competent in managing the full life cycle of projects. You will be an experienced no 1 and be capable of mentoring and leading the team
- Degree in a construction related subject
- Capable Commercial No 1 on projects over 50m
- Experience managing high levels of change and variations
