About the role of Commercial Manager:

Responsibilities for Commercial Manager:
* Working from PCSA/2 Stage tender process, to delivering the site and working through to completion and final accounts whilst aiding the project commercial director throughout.
* Procurement across all sub-contracting accounts.
* Pricing, and managing change and variations.
* Dealing with and managing relations with sub-contractors.
* Site meetings.
Requirements for Commercial Manager:
* 3-5 years of industry experience with a fit-out contractor (minimum).
* Experience managing relationships with sub-contractors and managing variations.
* Friendly, energetic, and good technical knowledge.
* Great communication skills.
* Ability to build strong relationships.
