- Leading on business transformation strategy and market insights
- Analysing the financial implications of strategic decisions
- Providing the C Suite with insightful future projections and detailed analysis of business performance
- Lead and close M&A deals
- Partner with C Suite executives and senior shareholders
What you'll need to succeedA background in a similar corporate development role in the Telco space would be ideal. However, the wider TMT sector is also desirable. You will have a proven track record of delivering corporate development strategies and closing large-scale deals. From a softer side, you will have broad experience with managing senior stakeholders and internal / external key decision makers.
