As a result of increased resource needs alongside succession planning, our Wealth manager client had an opening for a Corporate Relationship Manager. They are a leading financial wellbeing and retirement specialist - helping those in the workplace to improve their financial future.

The successful candidates will be home-based. Whilst there is no specific location required, most work will be South-East based and they must be willing and able to travel as required, including holding a full driving licence.

A snapshot of the role: -

  • To manage new and existing corporate client relationships by implementing effective delivery of financial education, guidance, and advice services to the corporate clients’ employees
  • Manage the day-to-day business relationships of corporate clients and support delivery of revenue growth and enquiry generation for advice service Ongoing contract management including addition, renewal and re-tendering for services
  • Agree project implementation plans in consultation with key stakeholders

It is essential that candidates: -

  • Are strong communicators.
  • Can demonstrate an ability/history of building and managing relationships effectively in a corporate environment
  • Have strong knowledge of workplace schemes e.g. share schemes and workplace saving. A pensions specialism would be advantageous, especially around working knowledge of UK pension (DB, DC, auto-enrolment), UK share schemes & flex benefits provision
  • Have worked in financial services or have a workplace financial wellbeing background.
