Corporate Sales Director, Apartments, £70-100k + incentives, Remote (South East preferred). A superb opportunity to join this ambitious, global apartments provider to the corporate sector where you will work closely with their CEO and Investors to drive growth across multiple international markets. Corporate Sales Director Responsibilities 

  • Create a 'go to market' business plan, agreeing objectives and targets for growth with investors. 
  • Align resources and play a hands on role developing a pipeline of new opportunities with both Travel Management Companies and directly with Corporates.
  • Provide guidance to the account managers on how best to maximise sales, margins and retention with existing clients. 
  • Identify and implement processes and systems that will enable the business to scale. 
  • Work cross functionally with colleagues to ensure SLA's are being met and customer satisfaction optimised. 

Corporate Sales Director Skills Required 

  • Prior senior level sales experience selling travel or accommodation services in to the corporate sector. 
  • In addition to the UK, experience selling to other international markets such as the US and Europe would be distinctly advantageous. 
  • A strategic yet hands-on approach with the ability to create a business strategy whilst also being an individual contributor.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills. 

Corporate Sales Director additional details  

  • A basic salary in the region of £70,000-£100,000 per annum plus bonus and incentives
  • The role will be fully remote with some travel required to meet clients or attend exhibitions/conferences. Relatively close proximity to London where most other employees are based preferred.
