The CRM/Martech Lead position offers a salary of up to £70,000 plus a discretionary bonus.

Consulting experience is strongly preferred, while mentoring or management experience is not required.

This marketing and data consultancy is currently working with some huge clients, and they are well-regarded in the market as one of the leaders in this space!

THE ROLE

As a Martech Lead, you can expect to be involved in the following:

Working closely with clients and various stakeholders to set up requirements for implementations and optimisations
Providing technical insights to clients and gain trust as their technical advisor
Work closely with other teams internally to ensure that projects are delivered
Mentor the junior members of the team, and support them from a technical perspective
Lead on workshops and discovery sessions

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Experience in a technical lead (or similar position)
Knowledge of a least one of Braze, Bloomreach, and mParticle
Consulting experience is strongly preferred
Mentoring/Management experience is not required
