About the Role

Spencer & James are seeking a highly skilledDivisional Commercial Managerwith Social Housing Planned Maintenance experience to lead the Commercial Team at a a Top 10 Tier 1 Principal Contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership to a large Commercial Team
  • Develop and implement the divisional strategy, from mobilisation to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction, aligned with core principles.
  • Take full responsibility for regional profit and loss, leading client accounts and overseeing growth, service delivery, contract renewals, team development, and profitability.
  • Drive HS&E compliance, maintain and enhance customer relationships with accountability for their satisfaction.

What We're Looking For?

  • Proven experience in managing and developing Social Housing Planned Maintenance Contracts
  • Experienced in managing a team of Quantity Surveyors within a Main Contracting setting
  • Knowledge of and experience in developing SHDF contracts advantageous
