- Delivery of compelling and insightful presentations about the brand.
- Attendance at franchisee exhibitions to build brand awareness and generate genuine business leads.
- To build a strong franchise network pipeline.
- To lead, alongside the Global Franchise Director, the planning and goal setting in line with the overall business strategy to define long-term goals and execute plans to achieve them.
- Be responsible for optimizing franchise sales, through lead generation, managing inbound leads and the CRM system.
- Support franchisees in identifying growth opportunities to expand their studio network and new brands.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in related roles with specific experience in franchising, ideally fitness.
- Previous experience in a sales position.
- Experience delivering franchise sales growth, driving leads and conversion rates to support the corporate strategy.
- A proven track record of building and developing relationships.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth.
- A self-motivator with a strong work ethic and a real passion for the fitness industry.
