Description
- Manage and grow distributor relationships across APAC and EMEA, focusing on the professional, salon channel
- Create and implement strategic business development plans
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Represent the company at international events
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Provide input to the senior management team on market trends and competitor activity
- Ensure all business activities comply with relevant legal, ethical and regulatory standards
- Manage and report on pipeline and sales activity
Profile
A successful International BDM should have:
- Proven track record in international business development within the beauty/personal care
- Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
- Ability to operate and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel as required for the role
- 3 days a week in Central London
