This Role:
The company is seeking a dynamic New Business Development Executive to spearhead its London team. This role requires a highly driven professional with strong industry relationships to drive sales growth and develop new client connections. As a key player, you will identify opportunities, expand the company’s presence, and contribute to its continued success in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive new business growth and expand the company's presence in London.
- Leverage existing relationships and build new connections to generate sales opportunities and strengthen the client base.
- Identify and pursue potential clients, delivering tailored insurance solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and effective risk management solutions.
- Maintain and nurture new business accounts, ensuring long-term client retention and satisfaction.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to capitalise on opportunities and enhance sales strategies.
About You:
- 5 years or more Insurance knowledge with strengths in Blocks of Flats Insurance including, Property Owners & Directors and Office
- Strong sales and client service skills, both face-to-face and via telephone.
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel, Actuaris would be an advantage but not essential
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Target-driven with excellent time management and productivity skills.
- Confident negotiator with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Reliable, honest, and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes.
