Job Summary
The Regional Membership Directors primary responsibility is to act as ambassadors, developing relationships to promote, grow and expand the community of one of the leading UK Business Clubs. You will be utilising your existing network whilst forging new relationships, helping foster trust and prove value, that will develop into long-term partnerships.
Responsibilites & Duties
Promote and educate the ethos to the wider market
Cultivate and develop positive relationships with potential and current members and introducers by
Proactively engaging and listening
Understanding their businesses goals and ambitions
Demonstrating value to them in belonging to a business club
Facilitating networking events
To forge and build excellent relationships with professional introducers and their clients helping identify opportunities to generate business from existing and expanding network
Keeping informed of new products/services/benefits and how they benefit our members
Collaborate and support the relationship team in the ongoing member relationships whilst continuing to build the introducer network
Maintaining accurate records on members to enable excellent customer outcomes
Generate and unearth suitable leads
Meet or exceed revenue generation targets
Requirements
Excellent networking ability, communication, and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to motivate, inspire and influence
A proven track record of successful dealing and understanding business-owners
Aptitude for nurturing positive long-term relationships
Self-driven and organised whilst being able to contribute to and utilise a wider team
Taking ownership for outcomes
Customer-oriented, creative, and problem-solving mindset
Ambition to thrive in a fast-paced environment
A strong business network
Salesforceä knowledge/experience is desirable but not essential
