Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and business development strategy aligned with growth objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring consistent progress and timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and delivery teams, to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, sales pitches, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the privacy and data protection space.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and provide regular updates on progress and key performance metrics.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within consultancy, technology, or data protection sectors.
- Strong understanding of data privacy and protection regulations, with hands-on experience in the field being highly advantageous.
- Multilingual proficiency is strongly preferred, as many of our clients operate in international markets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
