Our client specialises in music products and digital experiences, and with the expansion of the company they are seeking a new Sales Lead. The role involves contributing to projects with global artists and industry-leading partners and ultimately drive UK and European revenues.

Key responsibilities will include:

· Cultivating knowledge about the company’s products to benefit clients.

· Working with colleagues to bring creative product solutions to artist teams.

· Working with artist teams to apply the most suitable products to their campaigns.

· Collaborating with the design team to source bespoke or generic applications of products.

· Managing existing and fostering new relationships with clients.

· Generating a pipeline of artist campaigns with calls, meetings, presentations and using CRM management.

· Achieving sales targets with new business development and key account management.

· Cultivating stakeholder relationships and making industry appearances to enhance the company’s profile.

· Working towards international expansion to European territories.

Requirements:

· Substantial sales/business development B2B experience within the music industry essential.

· Specific experience developing and selling music products/services to music industry clients is ideal.

· Proven network of established contacts with artist/managers and labels essential.

· Strong experience using CRM, pipeline management and revenue forecasting.

· Robust relationship building skills.

· Strategic and commercially focused.

· Proactive, self-starter and well organised.

· Comfortable with cold outreaching and using initiative to meet clients’ needs.

Hands on with experience managing a small team ideal.
