We're on the hunt for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive business growth for a leading IT consultancy who provides tech solutions to the education sector. Key focus being to win new clients through public sector frameworks and expand our existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business: Identify tender opportunities and lead proposals for education sector projects.
Account Management: Oversee new clients and nurture existing ones, ensuring top-notch support.
Sales Strategy: Achieve sales targets and develop strategic account plans.
Collaboration: Partner with technical teams to craft bespoke IT solutions.
Continuous Improvement: Ensure compliance and champion best practices.
Qualifications:
Experience: proven and recent track record in IT sales, ideally in education/public sector.
Bid Expertise: Hands-on experience in bid writing and tender management.
Technical Know-How: Knowledge of IT solutions like cloud, cybersecurity, and classroom tech.
Communication Skills: Confident in pitching to senior decision-makers.
Resilience: Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Compensation & Benefits:
Base up to £50k base, OTE: £60k-£80k+
