Senior Business Development Executive£56,000-£65,000CityTHE COMPANY: A global integrated trading company based in the heart of the City are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive to join the team on a permanent basis.THE ROLE: The Senior Business Development Executive’s duties will include:

Looking for and evaluating investment opportunities for the Steel Business Unit
Evaluate the target company's market position, competition, and growth prospects
Negotiate the terms of the shareholders’ agreements
Identify department operational improvement opportunities
Look into due diligence on investment opportunities

THE PERSON:

Previous experience working as a Senior Business Development Executive within a professional services environment
Experience within energy or steel/metal
Experience dealing with mergers and acquisitions
IT due diligence/PMI experience for investment preferred
Proven skills in managing the preparation of analysis, advice, and recommendations
