Cedar are recruiting a Turnaround Specialist/Business improvement position for a PE backed property software company based in Central London. This is a contract role initially 6 months (view for potential extension) outside IR35. The role is reporting into the Managing Director and offers hybrid working.
Job Overview: To analyse, diagnose, and implement changes to reverse under performance in sales and revenue generation. This role focuses on identifying root causes of sales challenges, designing improvement plans, and driving sales transformations to enhance productivity, profitability, and market share. The specialist will work closely with the sales team, senior leadership, and other key departments to implement sustainable sales strategies and achieve long-term business success.

- Excellent data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret sales metrics and derive actionable insights.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans that drive revenue growth and improve sales team productivity.
- Experience in training, coaching, and motivating sales teams to achieve peak performance.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to engage with senior leadership, sales teams, and other departments.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
