We are seeking a Cladding Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This office-based position is located at 1 Bedlam Mews, London, SE11 6DF, where you will play a key role in driving sales growth and maintaining strong customer relationships in the facade cladding sector.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of managing inquiries, generating new business opportunities, and supporting clients with tailored solutions for their cladding needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and outreach
  • Handle all sales inquiries promptly, providing detailed product information and preparing competitive quotations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through:

- Product demonstrations to architects, contractors, and other potential customers

- CPD presentations and training on products and installation methods

  • Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth

The Person

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the cladding, construction or architectural products industry.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
