With rapid growth since launch, they’re expanding their Customer Operations team and looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working team member to help them scale.The RoleYou’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, providing top-notch customer support, and - when ready to make the step to the next level - you'll be working closely and learning more about Compliance and Risk to keep things running securely.   • Providing exceptional customer support across phone, email, live chat, and social media
  • Helping onboard business customers, including KYC, PEP, and Sanction checks
  • Monitoring high-risk transactions and supporting due diligence processesInvestigating fraud cases, disputes, and chargebacks
  • Reviewing and responding to customer feedback, complaints, and escalations
  • Working with the team to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
