About the Role
As a Customer Success Executive, you’ll act as the internal voice of the customer—guiding property finance professionals through onboarding, providing ongoing support, and championing their needs across the company. You’ll help clients navigate the platform, ensuring they derive maximum value from the services and have a seamless experience from start to finish. This is more than just a support role; it’s an opportunity to drive customer success, shape user experience, and contribute to the evolution of a rapidly expanding platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging product demos to potential customers and secure new sign-ups.
- Welcome new users, ensuring they’re fully equipped for success on the platform.
- Act as the primary point of contact, resolving queries quickly and effectively.
- Proactively check in with customers, offering insights and guidance.
- Run training sessions to improve platform engagement and usage.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their goals and challenges.
- Identify opportunities to add value and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Be the voice of the customer internally sharing feedback to improve the product and experience.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align on customer needs.
- Track key metrics such as customer retention, adoption rates, and feedback.
- Identify trends and opportunities to optimise the customer journey.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Customer success experience is desirable but not essential; proven client-facing experience is required.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and explain software platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Knowledge of the UK Real Estate industry is a huge advantage.
