Candidates should have Administration and Customer Service experience, along with a good telephone manner.
Key responsibilities include processing orders, handling telephone inquiries, and resolving customer service issues.
The role requires supporting the Sales Manager and preparing accurate quotes while working as part of a team.
The position offers a salary of £25,000 and requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

My client are seeking a Sales Administrator to join their team either on a permanent basis.

To be suitable you will need to have Administration & Customer Service experience, a good telephone manner and be confident dealing with customers at all levels.

Duties will include:

Processing orders
Dealing with telephone enquiries
Resolving Customer Service problems
Support Sales Manager as required
Putting together accurate quotes
Working as part of a team
