SALES CONSULTANTEaling, W5 Salary -  £20-£25K basic plus commission, car allowance and bonus (with OTE of £70K) An exciting opportunity for an ambitious SALES CONSULTANT , to join a successful and growing team of estate agents in the Ealing area.    A great opportunity for a SALES CONSULTANT(ESTATE AGENCY) with ideally 6 months experience in estate agency, looking to be part of an exciting brand with a winning team and enormous potential for development and future growth.  You will be an individual who has a complete understanding of the whole sales process, be creative, hungry, well presented, well-spoken and self-motivated - and able to work both as part of a team and on your own initiative.    Our client looks particularly for honestly, integrity, transparency, attention to detail and excellent ability to communicate at all levels.  Job Role and Responsibilities:
  • Answering calls and emails promptly and efficiently.
  • Registering and qualifying prospective buyers and taking note of their requirements.
  • Booking appointments and organising access for properties best suited.
  • Qualifying buyers and retrieving documentation when handling offers.
  • Negotiating and agreeing offers for Vendors and Buyers.
  • Keeping in-touch with the Sales Manager throughout the day of work.
  • Maintaining good communication with the team on daily basis.
Skills Required:ESSENTIAL
  • Knowledge of the Ealing/West London Market
  • UK Driving License and own car
  • High organisational skills
  • Confident communication skills
  • Customer engagement and management skills
  • Relationship management

  • Previous experience of CRM system Vebra Alto
