SALES SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR:  We have an exciting temporary opportunity for a Sales Support Administrator to join a global media and broadcasting company. This hybrid role offers flexibility, with 2 days working from home and 3 days in the office. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of administration experience within the media industry and a strong knowledge of SalesForce. If you are proactive, organised, and eager to contribute, we would love to hear from you.  SALES SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:
  • Collection Reporting
  • Raising Purchase Orders
  • Chasing outstanding payments from accounts
  • Ensure client sales and billing reporting is accurate
  • Client communication and stakeholder coordination
  • Data management using SalesForce and Microsoft Excel
  • Preparing reporting that assists with future prediction of sales and billings
  • Assist with new client onboarding
  SALES SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR ESSENTIALS:
  • Holding existing UK working rights
  • Having SalesForce and Microsoft Excel experience
  • Able to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
  • Having 12 months of admin experience within a sales function
  • Strong time management and ability to prioritise across different time zones
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organisation skills
  • Proactive, with an interest in television content and production markets
