Campaign Manager - Tower Hamlets Council

Location: London Borough of Tower Hamlets

Tower Hamlets Council is seeking an experienced Campaign Manager to lead its Place Campaign, promoting the borough as a prime location to live, work, invest, visit, and study. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the borough's reputation through high-impact campaigns, strategic partnerships, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and manage the borough's Place Campaign to enhance its reputation.-Create and oversee campaign strategies in collaboration with key stakeholders.-Build strong networks with businesses, residents, and institutions to drive campaign engagement.-Organise events, promotional activities, and engagement initiatives across the borough.-Represent the council in partnerships with organisations like London & Partners, Visit Britain, and Tower Hamlets Partnership.-Manage campaign budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.-Champion innovative communication strategies, ensuring maximum campaign impact.

About You:

-Proven experience in campaign management, public relations, or strategic communications.-Strong stakeholder engagement and partnership-building skills.-Ability to manage budgets and measure campaign effectiveness.-Experience in event planning and public engagement activities.-A creative mindset with a passion for promoting communities.

This role is inside IR35 and falls under politically restricted positions.
