Our client is searching for an enthusiastic and skilled Campaign Manager to lead their flagship place campaign and promote the borough as a vibrant place to live, work, invest, visit, and study. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Place Campaign: Oversee the development and management of the council's largest campaign. Collaborate with partners and agencies to create a strategy that resonates with our audiences.
- Build Networks: Establish connections with campaign partners, advocates, and endorsers. Organise events and promotional activities that elevate the campaign.
- Engagement & Events: Take a lead role in community engagement initiatives, attending and organising events to maintain a strong presence in the borough.
- Budget Management: Manage the LoveTH budget and other allocated budgets effectively.
- Thought Leadership: Position Tower Hamlets as a leader in community initiatives, entering and winning awards for your impactful campaigns.
- Cross-Council Collaboration: Work with other teams to promote Tower Hamlets as a tourist destination, focusing on its rich history and vibrant culture.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Significant background in communications or marketing, particularly in delivering successful campaigns.
- Strong Relationships: Excellent at stakeholder mapping and maintaining relationships with partners.
- Metrics-Driven: Skilled in demonstrating and measuring campaign impact, including ROI.
- Community Knowledge: Familiarity with Tower Hamlets and its diverse community is a plus.
