This is an exciting opportunity for a Change Communications Manager to join a Global Insurance Business on an initial 6 month part-time PAYE contract. The ideal candidate will be working in the change and transformation world and have employee communications, project comms, governance and communications experience.
Job Description:
- Stakeholder management: Engage with senior leadership, project teams, and key stakeholders to understand the scope of change
- Content creation and delivery: Develop clear, concise, and compelling content such as presentations, newsletters, videos, that integrate into existing BAU communication channels that explain change initiatives and their impacts on various audiences.
- Project management: Oversee the planning, delivery, and evaluation of communication efforts for multiple modernisation projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Feedback mechanisms: Implement and manage feedback loops to gauge employee understanding and sentiment towards our modernisation journey and adjust accordingly.
