The OpportunityAre you an experienced Change & Communications Manager with a passion for business transformation? This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-profile S/4HANA transformation program at a leading organisation. You'll be a vital part of the Change Management team, ensuring clear, effective communication between the program and the wider business.
As the bridge between the transformation program and stakeholders, you'll develop and execute impactful communication strategies, ensuring engagement, awareness, and adoption at all levels.
?? Key Responsibilities? Develop and implement communication plans to support the S/4HANA transformation? Act as a trusted liaison between the program team and business stakeholders? Ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all communications? Identify and mitigate resistance to change through proactive engagement? Drive awareness and understanding of program milestones, benefits, and impacts? Collaborate with senior leaders and change agents to enhance adoption strategies
?? Ideal Candidate? Extensive experience in Change & Communications Management within large-scale SAP S/4HANA or ERP transformations? Strong background in business change, stakeholder engagement, and communications strategy? Ability to simplify complex information and deliver clear, engaging messaging? Proven success in managing change in large, matrixed organisations? Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills? Must be a UK national and eligible for SC clearance
