We are seeking an experienced Change and Communications Manager with current SC (Security Check) clearance to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving change management initiatives and ensuring effective communication strategies across the organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading communication efforts related to organisational change, fostering engagement, and ensuring the smooth transition of business transformations within a secure environment.

Rate - £550.00 per day inside ir35

Location - London - hybrid work model

Duration - 6 Months

Key Responsibilities

  • Change Management:

    • Lead and manage change initiatives across the business, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
    • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to support large-scale projects and transformations.
    • Identify potential change risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruption.
    • Provide guidance and support to stakeholders, including leadership and staff, throughout the change process.
    • Conduct impact assessments to determine the effects of change on employees, systems, and processes.
  • Communications Strategy:

    • Develop and execute internal and external communication strategies to support change initiatives.
    • Create compelling messages, presentations, and materials to ensure clear and consistent communication during change processes.
    • Ensure that communications are tailored to meet the needs of various audiences, including senior leadership, employees, and external partners.
    • Manage and maintain the flow of information across the business to ensure that stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the transition.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including leadership teams, project managers, and operational teams.
    • Provide expert advice on best practices for managing change and communications during complex projects.
    • Manage feedback channels and ensure that employee concerns and questions regarding changes are addressed in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Training & Support:

    • Support the design and delivery of training programs that align with organizational changes.
    • Ensure that employees have the necessary tools and resources to successfully adopt and navigate changes.
    • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change initiatives and communications, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Reporting & Analysis:

    • Track and report on the success and effectiveness of change and communication strategies, providing regular updates to senior management.
    • Use data and feedback to refine and improve change management processes.
