The interim Communications Lead will be responsible for…

  • This role is all about developing our communications and engagement strategy for both internal and external audiences around our digital transformation programme, and in particular, the launch of our new electronic patient record (EPR) in June 2025 which is the main focus.
  • You will lead on co-ordinating and aligning all communications and engagement activity across the programme. Alongside developing the strategy and communications assets, you will also develop and build on our relationships with key stakeholders, staff and partner organisations to ensure the success of the launch of EPR and to raise awareness and understanding of our wider digital transformation.

What we look for

  • Significant communications and engagement experience.
  • Line management experience.
  • Experience delivering an EPR or other large-scale transformation programme.
  • Strong knowledge of multi-marketing disciplines.
  • Experience of managing creative, digital and media agencies.
  • Ideally NHS sector experience.
  • Able to start as soon as possible.
