Communications Manager - IT Transformation

Our client, a leading global organisation, is seeking a Customer Engagement & Communications Manager to enhance the user experience of Digital Engineering Solutions and Services. This role is critical in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear and impactful communication, and driving engagement across the department’s digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:-
Lead the development and execution of a digital communications strategy, with a strong focus on change management.

Develop and implement a structured communications plan for the Windows 11 rollout and hardware EOL programmes, ensuring clear messaging to stakeholders.

Act as the primary liaison between the IT Programme, Senior Business Leaders, Business Support Champions, and users, managing communications across all levels.

Oversee internal and external communication channels to ensure consistent and coherent messaging.

Champion a cross-platform and programme approach to stakeholder engagement and communication.

Drive the promotion, marketing, and distribution of communication materials, ensuring timely and effective reach.

Organise and deliver training and education programmes for new products and services.

Continuously engage with programme stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities, providing feedback to ensure solutions are effectively implemented.

Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, Web Content Management Systems, SharePoint, and collaboration tools such as Teams.

Demonstrated experience managing social media communication strategies.

Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and service management products.

Proven experience in technical writing, translating complex IT concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Proven experience in corporate communications.

Proven experience in IT change management or technology adoption programmes.

In-depth understanding of digital, web, and social media communication practices.

Prior experience with desktop transformation projects (e.g., Windows migration, major IT deployments).

Strong stakeholder management skills, engaging with executives, Programme Managers, IT teams, and business users.

Proven ability to plan, organise, and deliver complex communication initiatives.

Prior experience in a global bank or financial institution.

Experience with Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.

Knowledge of Yammer, Slack, Google Workspace.
