We are delighted to be working with this award-winning law firm who are looking for a talented Communications Manager to join the team based in London.

Due to the firms continued success, they are looking for a Communications Manager to join the Marketing & BD team in a greenfield role with enormous scope for the right candidate. Working closely with senior stakeholders across the firm, the successful candidate will bring a strong skill set to the role that encompasses a mix of strategic planning and tactical delivery.

This Communications Manager role has a remit that includes:

  • Devising and implementing an impactful internal and external communications strategy ensuring consistency with the firms overarching strategy and key messaging.
  • Developing communications plans for individual practice groups, drafting highly engaging, relevant content tailored for key audiences.
  • Collaborating with the wider MBD team to support key marketing campaigns.
  • Review communications channels and processes, developing best practice.
  • Work with key stakeholders to lead on all internal and external communications initiatives.
  • Build and maintain excellent media relationships and proactively identify profile raising opportunities.
  • Respond to media enquiries and drive media engagement.
  • Develop content for the firm’s website and social media channels.
  • Support on various brand development initiatives.
  • Collaborate on various upcoming projects.

The successful candidate for this Communications Manager role will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years communications experience gained in a professional services environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A client centric approach.
  • A proven track record of developing relationships.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • A creative, proactive approach, with high levels of intellectual curiosity.
  • Excellent knowledge of media, digital marketing and martech platforms.
  • Experience of media management, content management and campaigns.
  • Great attention to detail.
