Join our client, a prestigious global financial services organization, in a dynamic role that encompasses both internal and external communications. This position requires a proven track record in managing and delivering internal and external communications within the insurance or broader financial services sectors. Experience in a global organization is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Define and implement internal and external communications strategies and annual plans for business units and support functions.
  • Content Oversight: Approve communications across all channels, including thought leadership pieces, research, digital platforms, and e-bulletins.
  • Leadership Collaboration: Work directly with leadership and executive teams to deliver communications initiatives.
  • PR Execution: Implement PR strategies in collaboration with PR agencies.
  • Employee Engagement: Enhance employee engagement through effective internal communication channels.
  • Consistent Messaging: Ensure all communications and social media posts are relevant and consistent.
  • Content Strategy: Execute content strategies for the website and intranet.
  • Social Media Management: Final approval of social media activities, including organic and sponsored content campaigns.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and measure the success of communication efforts.
  • Agency Management: Manage relationships with PR and social media agencies.

Required Experience:

  • Comprehensive Communications Experience: Proven experience in both internal and external communications, particularly within a large insurance firm or global financial services business.
  • Leadership Communications: Experience managing communications activities for C-suite and senior stakeholders.
  • Social Media Oversight: Experience overseeing social media activities.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent skills in managing relationships with C-suite executives.
  • Agency Relationship Management: Experience in managing agency relationships.
  • Strategic Planning: Demonstrated ability to develop strategic communications plans.
