Quest Search & Selection are partnering with this luxury multi-brand retail business that prides itself with working with some of the largest, global branded & own label Beauty, Fashion & Home.

The role of this Corporate Communication & PR Manager - Retail, is responsible for developing and implementing company corporate PR strategy within both their external and internal communication policy.

The roles and responsibilities of Corporate Communication & PR Manager - Retail:

  • Collaborate with the Senior PR Manager to craft messaging for external communications and ensure the successful delivery of corporate business announcements.
  • Oversee and contribute to the creation and delivery of press releases and external statements.
  • Confidently handle incoming inquiries from business and retail media.
  • Partner with the communications agency to plan and execute key business milestones, including Company Results.
  • Assist in managing the Group's Communications Calendar.
  • Work closely with relevant stakeholders to maintain a smooth flow of relevant information throughout the organisation.
  • Develop long-term communication strategies in partnership with external corporate PR advisors.
  • Deal with and coordinate any crisis communication & management
  • Develop & Possess a well-established network of journalists and industry peers.

To be successful in thisCorporate Communication & PR Manager - Retail:

  • Ideally having min 3 years + in PR or communications role at an officer, executive or manager level.
  • You must have relevant agency or retail experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • You must have 2 years + experience in corporate communication including financial results and business updates.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and adapt to changing demands.
  • A business-oriented mindset with a solid understanding of UK sector (the business is listed on the stock exchange)
  • You must have a mixture of external and internal comms
