- As a result of business growth they are now looking to recruit a Corporate Communications Manager to join the team
The role:
- Reporting to the Strategy Director, this Corporate Communications Manager is a key role within the business
- The successful candidate will work with the Strategy Director to develop and write compelling business presentations and stories
- Ensuring the consistent and professional communication of business capabilities, initiatives, projects, and brands
- The role will transform and unify our storytelling, facilitating colleagues across key departments to pitch, sell, inform and educate, both internally and externally
Accountabilities:
- To write clearly communicated 'stories’ for the business across a wide range of pertinent topics
- To gather information and content for current & future use
- To ensure that central blueprint presentations are regularly updated to reflect growth, changes or news within the business.
- Support the business by creating or revising style and tone guides and ensure these principles are consistently applied to all written content
Ideal candidate:
- Proven experience in written communications in fields such as journalism, marketing communications, public relations, corporate affairs.
- Strong writing and grammar skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to make complex topics easy to understand
- Able to follow guidelines and briefs
- Finally, you must have the energy to succeed in this FMCG business, able to demonstrate entrepreneurial thinking, self-starter determination & that all important desire to deliver
