Customer Engagement and Communications ManagerLondon (EC2Y) - Fully onsite, 5 days per weekDay Rate Contractor

Our international banking client is seeking a highly skilled Customer Engagement and Communications Manager to enhance the user experience of their Digital Engineering Solutions and Services products and platforms. This role involves building and maintaining customer communication and brand image, interacting with customers and stakeholders, and driving a comprehensive customer experience strategy.

The successful candidate drive communication and engagement strategy for Desktop Transformation initiatives such as a Windows 11 migration and Infrastructure Platform End of Life (EOL) programme.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement digital communications strategies with a focus on positive change management.
  • Create structured and targeted communications plans for IT transformation projects, such as Windows 11 rollout and hardware EOL programs.
  • Act as the primary liaison between IT programmes, senior business leaders, and users.
  • Manage internal and external communication channels to ensure strong and coherent messaging.
  • Organise and deliver training and education programs for new products and services.
  • Continuously engage with stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities, providing feedback to improve products and services.
Key Requirements:
  • Strong corporate communications background, particularly in IT transformation projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior executives and IT teams.
  • Proven ability to break down complex IT concepts into relatable terms for non-technical audiences.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, web content management systems, and collaboration platforms like SharePoint and Teams.
  • Experience with IT change management and technical writing.
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
