The desired candidate will be experience across digital content creation and wider digital communications, community engagement and external stakeholder engagement experience across the women's charity sector. You will be reporting in to a Head of Communications and working on a project team.

Description
- Create and monitor progression of educational content across digital audiences.
- Work alongside subject matter experts, researchers, and healthcare providers to gather data and produce insight.
- Community management - outreach via meaningful and targetted content via digital channels to community groups.
- Grow communities from minority groups with an encouraging and trusting nature, promoting a culture of inclusivity and engagement.
- Engaging communities with group initiatives, online activities and developing strategies to retain these communities.
- Manage communication with stakeholders around event engagement and policy updates.
- Partner with specialists, medical professionals, and advocates to create webinars, workshops, and other initiatives focused on the community.
- Monitor campaign ffectiveness through case studies, interviews and digital reporting.
Profile
- Experience working in a grass roots organisation - social justice, public health, women's health etc.
- Highly experienced with community engagement within the sector, understanding inclusive language, fostering a trusting environment.
- Digital communications and events expert.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Job Offer
- 4 day a week role
- £40,000 - £45,000 FTE
- London based - 2 days a week in London office
