The Agency

This vibrant Social & PR Agency partners with some of the biggest brands across the FMCG and entertainment sectors. A celebrated "Great Place to Work", this agency boasts an amazing culture of less than 50 in the company.

The Role

As Head of Social, you will be a highly motivated and commercially-minded individual, leading the social media team and drive its growth. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Leading and mentoring the social team, whilst encouraging a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Understand client needs, support growth, and identify upsell opportunities.
• Work with the Head of Strategy on social strategies and trends.
• Lead hiring and resource allocation.
• Develop and present pitches for new business, and manage commercial aspects.
• Collaborate closely with the Director for client and business integration.

About You

• Approximately 7-10 years' experience in Social Media, specifically within an agency.
• Strong at networking and building relationships.
• Take a hands-on approach to challenges.
• Lead by example and present with confidence.
• Think creatively and stay current on industry trends.
• Contribute to growth-oriented, culture-driven agency.
• Offer leadership, collaborate effectively, and listen actively.
